Tom Egan is the President & CEO of FSL (Foundation for Senior Living) in Phoenix, Arizona. As President and CEO, Egan provides overall executive leadership and promotes greater awareness of FSL within the community and guides the vision and strategic direction for FSL. He has 20 years of experience in non-profit organizations, including 16 years of nonprofit management experience and he holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy.

In this episode, Egan discusses overcoming his childhood obstacles, his personal mission and passion to help people in need, as well as the daily inspiration from his team.
