Amy Bruske: "I often tell people that I think the biggest difference that Kolbe can give you, is this team component. So there are a lot of assessments out there that are going to identify strengths. Now, those assessments are identifying strengths in the affective or personality type. So it is going to talk to you about what drives someone, what motivates them, what personality type are they. And that is very, very useful for a leader to help understand kind of what are the motivational aspects that I need to pay attention to? Unfortunately, it's missing a really key component, which is about how does someone get things done? So at work as a leader, I want to know how's this person going to execute?

Because ultimately that's what I need the most help with and that's what determines success. And really some productivity and performance issues. So, Kolbe is unique in that we're the only assessment that measures the instinctive need to take action in the way that things are done. So that is the first thing. But then we've got this team component that I really haven't seen anywhere in any personality assessments. So we go the next step and we add this ability to predict the long-term, sustainable success of a team."
